I just picked my neighbour up off the ground. Older guy who has bad knees was on his back while cutting his grass. His wife came over and asked for help. He is better now. He is a big guy and heavy , dead weight is hard to lift .

Good for you. It is not an easy thing to do. Part of my job at my night job is life alert calls me if someone falls. We are not allowed to touch residents so we call for rescue and they do a lift assist. They do it a certain way and are able to get people up without hurting them and there are usually 2 E.M.T’s to do it.
