Default I hate when sleeping times get all :spam:ed up.

Dont you hate it when sleeping patterns get disrupted.. for instance, I didn't sleep all of sunday night/monday morning due to an assignment, so then I slept on monday at about 6PM, and woke up at about 3:30 Am of Tuesday, only to sleep again until about 2PM, but now it's about 3AM wednesday, and I can't sleep, and I have to wake up at about 6:30 AM tomorrow, which will only continue the trend until Thursday/Friday where I can actually have a solid night's sleep!! Feel what I'm sayin?

I know how you feel ... I have done that before and it takes a lot of effort to keep yourself up for a long period to try to get yourself back into normal sleep patterns .....

yea, exactly!! It's like I'll have to playout the string until the weekend where I can go on my own schedule, and that's no good cuz I have sooooo much work to do, but I find myself sleeping in the afternoon

Happens a lot in college. I slept at about 5am Sunday morning. Thankfully that hasn't affected my work week.
