A phone call is as good as it gets for me... thus the hate.

 

Interestingly, I used to *hate* the phone back when I was single. There were no cellphones back then, and thus talking to a girl on the phone was a very contrived thing.

I can't really remember exactly what I didn't like about it, but I think I used to just be very uncomfortable without the face-to-face. The irony, of course, is that I love the web. That said, I ain't in it to pick up the chicas!

 

I hate 2 people in my family. Unfortunately I was cursed to be born into the disfunction that I call my immediate relatives

 

Only 2? I've got at least 5 that I hate.
1 who is dating a married man and he is 25 years older than her
1 who stole money from her mother (my Aunt)
1 (My Aunt) who has never liked me
1 my other Aunt, who always is correct and never wrong, who always has to butt into everyone's lives and she can never STFU!
1 cousin who has been arrested 3 times for DUI and yet still drives-but her family won't stop her.

 

I'd be in more of a pity mode than a hate mode, Dave.
