update* called my insurance this morning and they said my normal deductable doesn't apply to this situation and since I filed a police report then it can go under uninsured motorist therefore having a super low deductable..... I'm glad I kept that one low, I guess I felt that this might happen. I'm still pissed and wanna catch the focker but at least this helps out a little.

If it makes you feel better, I was hit today exiting the Hampton Roads bridge tunnel. But mine wasn't hit n run.
That saturn that hit me was totaled so there would be no running involved. I'll post pics.
