subby, are there video cameras??? That is how a hit n run was resolved when I parked in a garage at my last job.

Also, walk the entire parking garage for the next few days looking for a car with matching damage and possibly paint. They may not drive that car for a couple days . .. . . . .but this is worth a try as well.
