How lucky was I ???
Took the fp to the airport this morning .... shouldn't really have been driving after the night out last night , but had to do the decent thing and take her ..... anyway, on the way back I had the roof down and was cruising along nicely, sitting a little way off the back of another car, doing about 150kmh (the limit is 80kmh!!!) and the guy in front blasts past a white Toyota Crown .... I didn't like the look of the Crown (the police use them unmarked on the expressway) so I held back, still keeping it at about 130-140 and the Crown started accelerating hard .... 2 seconds later the red flashing light went up on the roof and the guy in front was pulled over ....
One lucky escape for TJ this morning !!

Same exact thing happened to me two years ago, James.
Except:
Instead of FP, it was my former room mate.
Instead of Toyota Crown it was Ford Crown Victoria (white too)
Instead of Narita (I assume) it was O'Hare.
(and I wasn't )

I have an even lucker story:
My mom and I went to pick up my sister and dad from LAX and we took the carpool lane as we thought the minimum was 2 people. we went smooth sailing until I told her that the minimum 3 people at the time (4:00pm), not 2. Thankfully, we kept on going and found a place to exit the carpool lane. Right when we exited into the regular lane, a CHP on a motorcycle whizzed past us in the carpool lane.
