I was at a party and some young guy says - 'who's S2000 parked out there?' I say mine - he says can I drive it --- before I have this GIANT drink??? I say NO, I barely let my husband drive it, you ain't gonna touch it!!!

No, non-biblical know .... 
it is only a car ... and it IS insured .....
I guess having totalled my first one myself, I am a little easier with the fact that it CAN be replaced if needed ....

I know, but if I know someone and trust their driving, I would be happy to let them drive mine .... I got my first drive of the S2000 in a friends, and loved it so much that I bought one ..... 
I have let 3 friends drive mine so far .... no problems yet .... I even lent it to one friend for 4 days while I used his SUV to take my sister and brother in law round Tokyo ....
