Uhm... no there aren't. There is one at a critical point. At the top of Mt Ham there are washrooms in the Lick Observatory. It's important to know if it's open.

Hours are:
Mon - Fri: 12:30pm - 5:00pm
Sat - Sun: 10:00am - 5:00pm

Also the Junction restaurant on the east side, and perhaps a stop could be arranged on the west side at Alum Rock
