TJ, do european cars have ignition overrides on the clutch? US cars won't start if the clutch isn't pushed in (even if the vehicle is in neutral).

I find it surprising that they don't include the starter override in all locales. How often do you get stuck stopped on the railroad track and need the starter to get you moving..
