Your call. I was saying "fact" to the tanks being sealed up in an attempt to drive them to England for an invasion but I was thinking that it was a trick question with 200 being the number of tanks.

Talk about the painful, burning itch of hemorrhoids. Scary as it sounds it also sounds like some ancient cure so I am going to say FACT.
