I'm tellin' ya, with the new workout regimen. . . I'm dropping pants sizes, and getting more regular than a Swiss Watch.

30 min. of Cardio, 40min. Resistance, 10min. stretching/yoga plus 30% max fat intake

per day.

1hour of cardio, 2 hours resistence, 20min. stretching (yoga on alternate days) 30% fat intake.
