Hawaii sounds like a good place. I'm just not sure how I can pull it off. My hubby is a little funny about my whole s2000 obsession, and he doesn't even know about the Corner. Maybe I can get my newly-divorced girlfriend to "need" a vacation that just happens to be in hawaii during CornerCon.
Me, "Um, honey, I'd like to go on a vacation to Hawaii with some friends."
Him, "Oh? Who with?"
Me, "Well, um, you see, it's this bunch of guys - well actually you've met a couple of them, I know them all from the s2ki board ..."
Him, "Oh, your s2000 friends." [said in funny voice reserved for this topic]
Me, "You should come, too, you'd have a great time!"
Him, "I'm not gonna spend $xxxx on a vacation with a bunch of s2000 addicts I don't know."
So you see my dilemma.
As a side note, my experience is that guys are always a little less likely to embrace their wife/girlfriends' friends than the other way around (esp. guy friends - now female friends that's different). Maybe it's just been the guys I know, but it's true.
Altho I suppose I would be a little suspicious if my hubby had a fascination with a message board and group that was almost entirely female - but prolly not.
:shrugs:

Hmmmm.......I wonder if getting him out with whores a few more times might change his mind. What do you think Kathy? Is this a lost cause? I would hate to think that sneaking might be the only possible way for you to go.

Maybe you could tell him that he won the PWA raffle which is a trip to Hawaii. Then when he comes over you can explain to him what PWA stands for and why where all here. We could all help by shouting him plenty of so he won't know what's going on.
Hows that sound for a plan?
