Time and location are probably the hold up for me. Anywhere in Europe takes a while to get too and can be very expensive. (stupid Aussie dollar 
)

Oh, most definitely Hawaii 
Though Ms. WT and I discussed this at some length last night over 
and we thought that if it was in Amsterdam, or similar, we'd get a real cheap flight to Paris or London, then rail it the rest of the way.
With my autocross schedule next year, this is going to be tough, but we'll figure something out
