Calling All Whores
I'm into my 3rd day of not smoking. I'm finally at a weight I'm happy with and don't want to gain it back. I've been walking 5k/day (can't motivate myself to do any other exercise), but my downfall will probably be food. Soooo, I need some suggestions for healthy snacks, beyond the standard veggies/fruit, rice cakes and jello. Oh, and don't suggest those 100 calorie packs of anything - I refuse to buy them because of the excess packaging.

oen of the important things to remember it to keep majority of ur carbs early in the day.
also try to eat something as soon as you wake up no matter how small it is. your metabolism doesnt ramp up until you have something to eat. also try not to eat within 4hours before sleeping good luck

Congrats on your weight loss. Mine isn't as dramatic, but I still don't want my accomplishment to go own the tubes. I actually bought some raisins today. Was thinking I could snack on them on their own, or add them to salads.
