Congrats on the gig in Everett. I know you've been busting your butt to find a job and I'm glad you landed one.
Good luck with the condo/house search, too. I would imagine the market up that way might be a little quieter than the Seattle area, so I'd guess you could find something you like in your range. Everett, as much as I'm not a huge fan, has some cool little houses.

congrats jason (now that it's official) There are TONS of new houses/condos/apartments popping up in the mill creek area and I'm sure my parents would be more than happy to pass on any tips/useful info they have about the area

well if it adds to the housing madness, my boyfriend almost bought a house this weekend, but then decided that even if we got married, we still wouldn't need 2500 square feet until we have kids...
but there was talk of marriage and children, so that contributes to the "settling down" theme this thread has taken lately
