People evolve, but they don't really change. I think RC's on track when she says it's about respect. The worst thing you can do in a relationship is try to change the person you're with, because that will only lead to frustration from both of you.

Never try to change someone. You either like them for who they are or you should move on ..... people never change that much. They may give the impression that they have changed, but they are either lying to you, or lying to themselves if they say they have changed .....

It's ok my life is an open book I tend to do for my friends before considering me, and sometimes my wife. Example...I invited half of peeps coming to HIN to stay at our house , we have no room for them...my wife is pregnant..it was a decision I should have made WITH her...she is ok with it but would have liked to be in the decision making process..... I'm still learning this marriage/relationship thing
