The only thing, on most work networks, the administrator of all the IT stuff normally would have access to previously visited sites whether you delete cache, history, cookies whatever... once you pull up a website, its tracked.. trust me, I used to be a systems admin for a Real Estate company, and used to laugh at all the sites people went too..

I understand, and there's no reason to cover your tracks James, because if your IT people are competent enough to look through your cache/history, they're probably competent enough to have installed a logging program on the web server.
