I don't know why they do that, it is a good question. You might consider talking with someone that knows how to program. (preferably not from your place of employment) I don't know how to do it myself.

Is there anybody out there that can chime in on this?
You know, as far as I know, images DO NOT get stored on your computer after you delete cache and what not from your browser... there IS a way to view hidden files under the control panel > folder options > see hidden files, however theres no browser out there that saves it beyond its own cache. Certain sites MAY get into your registry (where basically keeps records of everything that happens to your computer), but even that can be searched through manually by hitting the start button, and typing "regedit"... search through by keyword or manually and erase whatever sounds like it shouldnt be on a work comp... However most work comps won't give you access to do things like that anyway...

The only thing, on most work networks, the administrator of all the IT stuff normally would have access to previously visited sites whether you delete cache, history, cookies whatever... once you pull up a website, its tracked.. trust me, I used to be a systems admin for a Real Estate company, and used to laugh at all the sites people went too..

Did you all understand a word im saying?

I understand, and there's no reason to cover your tracks James, because if your IT people are competent enough to look through your cache/history, they're probably competent enough to have installed a logging program on the web server.

When are you fockers going to switch to the II thread?
