Default $4 shipping you say?

So I ordered 3 new key scissors for my powerbook...paid $27 all said and done, $4 of that for "shipping", and here's what I got;

professional envelope shipping

so that's where my $4 went...

and the lil bastards themselves...but wait..

one of them was somehow broken in the shipping process, how could that be considering the careful packaging?

I got the parts from PBParts.com...I'm gonna e-mail them the picture and ask that they take care of it in a professional manner, we'll see how it goes from there

They cut paper. Haven't you played "paper, scissors and rock"?

the key cap (part you type on) clips on to the scissor, and then the little rubber part you see below provides the spring of the keys. The scissor also ensures that the key goes up and down in a uniform motion

The $4 includes 'handling' too, I bet!

Shipping markups may be a good portion of their profit.
