WTB: Silvertone / black, 02 or 03; have cash in hand
It's time to retire my 1992 Miata for a similar car with a bit more power. I'm looking for a nice shiny s2k with these specs:
*model year: 2002 or 2003
*exterior: silvertone (silver ok too)
*interior: black
*miles: under 20k is nice to have, but if it has had plenty of TLC, I'll make an exception
*mods: stock would be best, but well done nonintrusive mods are ok (e.g. a cat back or an xbrace; no lowering, no body kits)
*warrenty an extended warrenty, or remaining factory warrenty a big +
*Glass rear window a big +
*A clean carfax is a must.
I'm located in Bay Area, CA but I'll fly out to pick up a car as far away as the Mississippi.
AIM or YIM mimming if you are interested.

to my surprise all the PMs have had interest in the miata, so here are it's specs:
My miata:
-located in Belmont, CA right now
-1992 white
-120,000 miles
-OK conditoin.
-one owner who kept up on service and oil changes
-it burns a little oil (it is 13 years old afterall) but it runs well.
-I'm not sure if it will pass CA smog.
-It's currently licensed in missouri.
-It has spring fatigue in the rear from bouncing off the burms at the race track, which causes some noises but does not require urgent attention.
mods: (for the better or worse it has mods..)
-Koni adjustible rebound/bound and ride height coil overs (riding a bit lower than stock now)
-SCCA solo II legal double hoop boss frog rollbar (although some groups dont like it because its 2 loops, but i only had that problem once).
-borla cat back
-jackson racing CAI
It has a lot of parts on it so it requires some mantinence, which is one reason I'm looking to get rid of it. I have a carfax account now so I can pull up a report for you if anyone want2,
