This is a Lease Assumption (If you have ANY questions about a lease, send me a PM. I'd be happy to explain the pros and cons to you).
Base Monthly Payment: $360.00
Total Lease Term: 48 months with 23 months remaining on the lease. The lease buyout (the amount due at the end of the lease if you decide to keep it) is about $17,xxx (I have to look up the actual amount again).
Total Miles Allowed: 48,000
Total Miles Remaining: 23,000
Lease Company: US Bank
VIN: JHMAP214X7S001263
US Bank charges a time application fee of $150 and a lease transfer fee of $500. The $500 is refundable if the credit check does not meet theire requirements. It currently has about 25k miles and is my daily driver. Never tracked. Non-smoker. New rubber all around at 22k. Maintenance records available (all performed at local Honda dealership). Car has been well cared for by an adult driver. The car is garaged at home and parking garage when at work.
If you go out to leasetrade.com, leasetraders.com, or swapalease.com and search, you will see this is a very good rate for assuming a lease. I'd rather find the S a new home locally as it is just easier than dealing with an auto transport service not to mention cheaper.
Shipping is available at your expense.
