Check my updated post.
No gear grind, 1-6 gears are clear and tight, the gearbox is perfect, just clutch-related stuff.

Seriously no one? If I decide to fix the slipping, the price will go up.

you should probably fix the clutch issue, even if it means having to raise your asking price afterwards. a malfunctioning clutch is going to make a sale difficult and won't make prospective buyers that confident in the rest of the car.

just my $.03. looks like a very clean car, otherwise.

Appreciate the suggestion, it really made sense. If it doesnt sell rencently I ll fix it and ask for a higher price, just dont have time now. Also just in case, if anyone is unconfident about the rest of the car, a ppi of your mechanics/shops is more than welcomed.

Is the clutch job covered by any kind of warranty? Seems to me if you worked something out with a prospective buyer (me) where you got it fixed under warranty first everyone would win.

the clutch was replaced by my local honda dealer 7000 miles ago, since it was not oem clutch, they didnt put warranty on it. the car is in store today, and i may fix it before selling.
