SOLD! 2001 Prelude SH Electron Blue Only 65,000 Miles Reduced Price!
Just sold, thanks to those with the positive comments during the post
Back from some extensive travels including the land of the rising sun (Tokyo) ...and Kentucky of all places. Able to show the car again and have just reduced the price from $10,700 to $9,975. The car is in great shape and rides very strong and tight. This is a unique opportunity to get a clean, well cared for, low-mile, accident free Prelude for anyone looking. Serious inquiries please no low-ball offers.
I'm selling my 2001 Electron Blue Prelude SH. She's in outstanding condition with only 65,000 miles. I'm the second owner, bought the car with 8,500 miles 6 years ago. Very reliable and fun to drive. She's been flawless in the time I've owned her with just regular maintenance. She's bone stock. VERY hard to find an unmodified, not riced up or beat on Prelude in this shape with this low miles. Car is exceptional and if you're in the market for one of the best examples of classic Honda engineering here's your chance. The car is located in Northern NJ.
P.S. brakes recently done and belts replaced at Honda.
Thanks for looking.

Thanks Peter, appreciate that. She's a great car, the only reason I'm selling is that I'm looking to get something with a little more space for a daily driver.
P.S.- PM's sent on other photo request. Hoping the gallery gets fixed on the Site so I could show the photos in the post.

You sir, have great taste in vehicles. The Prelude is and will always be one of my favorite cars. Back in the mid-late 90s, I wanted one so bad, but being a poor college student I drove a Buick instead, lol. When I finally got around to getting a new car, I got an RSX-S instead, which just wasn't the same.
Anyway, how do you like the Cayman S compared to the S2K?
Sorry for the threadjack... bump for one of my all time favorite cars!

Quick impression/comparison here. Don't get me wrong, I loved my S2000, actually looking to buy a new one but the Cayman just feels like a more substantial car, more solid and planted where I felt like I could toss my S around (which was certainly fun). Power is much greater, both off the line and when rolling. Obviously a lot more torque. I used to describe my old S as go cart like handling, but the Cayman's cornering and maneuverability are precise and surgical. Have to say I do miss the top down driving of my S. Both awesome cars.

Simple answer, the original owner lived in PA and didn't run with a front plate. Unfortunately here in NJ we need front plates (hope some day that change that stupid rule, waste of tax payers' $$$ and ruins to look of many cars) so I got the front plate bracket from Honda and installed it. I think it looks good. Original owner also opted for the clear markers, I liked them as well so never bothered to change them back to amber.
