Hey guys, I've been thinking about putting my s2000 up for sale now for a month or so, now its for real. I bought this car almost two years ago in April 2013 for $17,500 in Atlanta with almost 51,000 miles on the odometer. the only mod it had on it when I bought it was a k&n cone filter with the stock air box lid gone. Since I bought it, its only seen rain I think 3 times since ive owned it. It's a garage queen. Since I got back in my local rock band I don't have time to ride around on weekends no more and hit the mountains this time of year. I cruise in it and drive it to work sometimes. Maybe once every two weeks or so to keep the oil and fluids cycled. This car is in great shape. It doesn't leak a drop of anything under the car. Theyre isn't know blown head gasket, or any leak under the hood. its really clean. Added a green top interstate battery a few months after I bought it. Its never failed to crank since I installed the battery. Shifts great, clutch still grabs great. All electronics work great. the body has a few small blemishes on it. All blemishes were there when I bought it. I haven't put a scratch or dent in it since ive had it. theres one scratch on the front bumper where it looks like someone touched it up with that cheap paint stick u get at advance auto. Not bad looking at all, but still visible. the trunk has a paint chip the width of a straw. and a couple of small dents where someone tried to slam the trunk with some stuff in it that put 2 little convex dinks in it. The rest of the car looks fantastic. It needs a wash and wax but ill have that taken care of when a potential buyer comes to test drive the car. The top has one cut in it, above the striker latch is. very small perfect right angle cut. very patchable, BUT! I went ahead and claimed it on insurance and have a brand new, still in the box in my house, oem top with glass and rear defrost. (since I didn't drive it much, especially in the rain, I had no reason to put on the new top, and plus I was kinda waiting on someone to be mean and hit it with a knife. But no one ever did! the front bridgestone potenzas need to be replaced soon. the rears are Dunlop direzzas and they look like they could go another 10k miles or so. it needs a front an allignment as well. The car doesn't shake or vibrate at any speed and the steering wheel stays straight when you let go of it. suspension is stock, and its ok, no issues.
Since I bought it, I've added some personal touches to it. 4% tint, which has probably faded to a 10% tint. I did the 1.5" uk mod. Wasn't loud at all, so I added a invidia 60mm test pipe. I still have the stock cat converter, and it'll be included with the car. (the exhaust sounds killer now even though I didn't gain much tq.) Also I added what I think is a pretty awesome system. Dropped in the Alpine 117 with mx and usb. Added the modifry thing to make the driver radio controls work with the alpine. (and I added a modifry cup holder cuz god forbid if I don't have my sweet tea when im riding around) (And it works great but I forget its even there.) Put polk db coaxials 5.25s, in the front and the polk db component set tweeters in the stock location with the crossovers in the doors. I mounted some rainbow 5x7s behind the seats. (looks nice. not a botch job) Theyre all powered by a 4 channel small kenwood amp. The sub in the trunk is a idq 10 I run @ 2 ohms, in a bought vented box. Sub amp is a sundown 1000rms. (saz or something...) Sub amp is mounted on top of the spare tire. ( I made a nice wooden platform for it with a recess hole for the bolt so its all bolted down) I took out the top tray for clearance, but I still have it. I cut the spare tire trunk cover to get more bass in the cabin. I put some black mesh over the big cutout so it doesn't look bad. You might smerk a little when you see it. (it did the trick though!) the stock radio and speakers will be included with the car.
I know theres not many pictures of the car, but I assure you, if you shoot me a text, or email me, ill give ya a bunch of more pics. I just haven't made time to take 50 pics or so. ill try to clean the car up this weekend and upload a ton of pix on flickr. if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. and please no phone calls after 10pm est. on weeknights. I work till 3pm on weekdays so if you shoot me a line, I might not have time to answer and reply back till I get off work.
The bank still owns the car. I made a huge downpayment when I bought it so it wont be a problem getting the title to you when its bought. thanks guys. someone come get this great ride cause I got eyes for a more conventional car. (a newer accord v6 coupe 6 speed)

Did a carfax on the s2k yesterday cause i have a few members interested in it, and it has been in 1 accident, back in 2009. The georgia whoever claimed it as moderate front end damage. When i bought the car, i had a feeling that itd been wrecked, but like some people, you can tell when a car has suffered some bad dammage, cause theyll rattle at certian speeds, crazy bad alignment issues, squeaks and stuff, but when i test drove the car, and still to this day, the car drives fine, it doesnt rattle or shake at any speed. The alignment is good, it just needs the camber adjusted on both sides. (Inside tire wear on both sides. Id be more concerned if it was only on one side where the crash occurred.) The crash happend on the passenger front fender, and bumper replaced. Whoever did the body repair did an excellent job repalcing it. The fender and body lines are mounted good. Oem paint was used so the paint is spot on with matching the rest of the car. And the front pass wheel was replaced. But i can tell the wheel is not oem. It looks good but its not oem. It was just in a simple fender bender. Since ive finally checked the carfax, i will lower the price to $12,500. (Without sub amp amd sup) i know you guys know im letting this car go for a killer deal, like im trying to hide something, but im not. The car is straight legit and drives great and the motor runs like a dang champ. I just really want to move this car rather quick cause the accord i want, they just happen to have one at a dealership in greenville sc rite now. Anyway, ill post pics of the carfax tomorrow. My wife wants to go hit the town up tonight and it might be a win/win by bed time. Haha. Take care guys. Hit me up. Once your in the driver seat of my s, it'll sell itslef! and of course, BUMP!
