The way the car is setup right now, it won't pass emissions anywhere. I do have the stock cat and airpump that can be reinstalled which will allow the car to pass emissions.

If it were the right time (5 months from now) I'd seriously consider buying this. All these great cars for sale NOW, wish I was ready to buy another car NOW.
