Looks to me like it's a simple loss of control single car accident where he went off road and caught a bush / tree across his front driver's fender and driver's A pillar. Any time you have a cabin compromised you've got a totaled vehicle (at least, that's how it was 20 years ago), and this car has damage across the A pillar and windshield. Between A pillar damage and potential suspension damage from the off-road incident, it was likely totaled. Seller would be wise to see if the car will take an alignment, see what the specs are and what needs to be replaced, and then raise the price a little. There may be no suspension issue at all as often times insurance companies will total the car without even investigating suspension damage.

Exactly! Lost control went off into a median and under a guard fence cable. Front lip impacted the t-post from the guard fence, cars inertia pulled it right out of the ground and due to they very muddy and grassy median car slid all the way across another section of freeway onto the opposite shoulder. Insurance adjuster stopped assessing at the a pillar. Cars being delivered to my house tomorrow. Going to get it raised up and inspect further.
