Long story short, vandalism happened to my02 earlier and I decided to sell my02 and take the check from insurance
I am so upset, I figure it is better for me to get a family car during the job hunt, since I have not settle the claim with insurance yet, but this is what i think my02 worths for. I do have a bottom line, do not try to ask me to sell it for 4 grand cash, i will just simply ignore it; however, serious buyer is always welcome to give me reasonable offers.

history of my02:
it was bought from s2kluvin back in April this year, I pulled the carfax & autocheck both are shown as no accident history clean title, and put about 4500 miles on so far.
s2kluvin was honest to tell me that there was hit & run on the front driver side.
He bought the bumper here on #14
Fender, headlight, brackets & bolts here on #13

condition of my02:
My02 was previously supercharged with Vortech V2, CLICK HERE to the link that i sold my SC kit
this is the compression ratio done at SoS when the SC was on my02

clutch is in decent condition
has ap2 glass top, about 3-4 normal tears is repaired with patch applied
some dings on the body

this is the listed of parts and maintenance done when i bought my02 (again, I put about 4500 miles on after all the services done below)
HKS Hi Power Exhaust
RPF-1 17 inch rims
Polished Valve Cover
New timing Chain tensioner
New belts
New valve cover gasket
New oil pan gasket
New brake fluid
New differential fluid
New transmission fluid
New Ball joints
New HID bulbs
35% Tint

here are the bad:
No Hardtop, Soft top has a huge SLASH (about 15inchs), its a straight cut, repairable
Passenger side has 1 deep KEYED mark from front wheel to rear wheel
Driver seat has 1 SLASH on back trim
Passenger seat has 1 SLASH on back trim & cushion trim
Need a new airbag
P0411 secondary air CEL

Not trying to be negative but I have to ask, what happened to the wiring harness? Why are there so many photos linked to those photos that show open wires?

those pics were taken to when i tried to figure out whats wrong the CEL P0411 and how to install the simulator kit properly
too bad the 2000-2005 Honda S2000 Air Pump Simulator post for Izze-engineering is deleted

Sold my02 two days ago, thanks for everyone who interested
