FS: Orange County, CA: 2005 Honda Civic Si EP3 Clean Title, Hatchback 3DR
Name: Hao
Location: Garden Grove, CA
Year & Model: 2005 Honda Civic SI EP3
Means of Contact: PM
Price: 4,500 OBO
Description:
Hi,
I'm selling my 2005 Honda Civic Si EP3 Hatchback, it has a clean title, never been in an accident and I can provide a copy of the carfax as well. It is the top of the line model at the time and it has advanced safety features like side airbags in the front seats and a moon roof. The car currently has 173,500 miles on it, it was my daily driver but don't let that discourage you, I have maintained this car and I wouldn't hesitate to drive this car cross country. The car's exterior is in good condition, the Vivid Blue Pearl really pops in the sunlight and the interior is in good condition as well.
Mechanically the car is sound and it gets great mileage (30 mpg) and takes 87 octane gas as well. The car passes smog with flying colors, it does have basic bolt-ons such as an AEM Cold Air Intake (CARB Legal), Black Motegi 16x7 rims and a Weapon R Axle Back Exhaust. I understand that tastes vary but I bought the car like this, these parts are easily removable and the stock counterparts can be found inexpensively. Also you can always sell or trade these parts to obtain the stock parts. This car has never been raced, tracked or abused in any manner, just used strictly as a daily driver to commute to college and work.
This car makes a great daily driver, it's somewhat sporty (160 HP), gets good gas mileage, surprisingly roomy (I can fit snowboards and mountain bikes with ease with the rear seats folded down or fit actual adults in the back seat!), cheap to insure and maintain, and flies under the radar. I'm graduating this semester and I'm moving out to an apartment. I can't justify having two cars so I'm keeping my s2000 and sell my Civic, otherwise I would keep this car.
Pros:
*Clean Title, No Accidents, Can provide Carfax
*Passes Smog with ease
*Saves gas (30 mpg)
*Safety features like dual front airbags, and side airbags
*Roomy Trunk and the rear seats fold flat.
*Sporty, Unique Looks
*Factory Tinted Windows
Cons:
*The A/C needs to be recharged
*Very Light Oxidation on the top part of the side mirror (Common problem with this generation)
*Steering Wheel Leather in bad shape (Replacements can be found relatively inexpensively)
I'm asking for 4,500 dollars but I am negotiable and I'm willing to work something out. However, please don't lowball me, and be fair. This is one of the cheapest clean EP3's out there that has a clean title, is in good condition and hasn't been modified drastically and beat to hell. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me and thanks for reading!
