Exclamation FS/FT: 2001 S2000 (San Diego)

I thought I'd be like Huy and post my car for sale but also keep modding it while I wait

Seriously though, I'm starting to think I need something more practical... Maybe a '08 STI, EVO X, FD2 (Like the Evasive Civic) Or.... I'd also work out a trade for a Ducati 748 or 1098. The car just sits in the garage between track days and it's a shame it's not driven more often...

I WILL NOT PART OUT ANYTHING So don't ask...
26k obo (The new JRZ RS Pro's are BAD A$$ and worth the money )

Or I can also remove the JRZ's to drop the price ~22k

Mileage= 53,000
Location: San Diego, CA (SMOG Legal)
The current setup:

Power:
Trust TiC 70mm single
Berk high flow cat
Mugen Baffled Oil Pan

Wheels/Suspension:
Enkei RPF-1 17x9 +45 offset
Nitto NT01 (255/40/17)
JRZ RS Pro (2-way adj) coilovers w/ custom top hats
SWIFT 20k springs
SWIFT help springs

i know negative price comments aren't permitted.. but I'm geniunely curious - why is this car worth 24k, with a handful of mods, vs a book of probably about 11k?

This beast looks like it should be on the cover of Grand Turismo 5

It's what I've been offered in the past with less mods

History: I backed out on a 22k offer then raised the price as a subconscious way of keeping the car to 24k...
Got another solid offer (At 24k), almost went through with it then backed out again...

Either way, I don't have to sell but this time, I won't pass up a good offer!
