I really don't want to sell my car. God, I love it so much. And no other car will compare. But money is so tight...I may try to find a way to make it work. We'll see.

lol all kidding aside, I hope you are able to make it work for yourself man. Whatever you do, if your a car nut don't sell for your s2000 for a civic unless you absolutely fianancially have too, you'll have withdrawls big time and you only live once.

 

Yeah, I hear you. I love the S2K. And I won't be happy with anything else...unless it is another S2K!

If I can sell it on my own, I may do that and get a different S2K (02') to save money. We'll have to see.

 

Okay, car is still for sale. $24,000 firm. I will keep it until I sell it on my own. I am not trading it in on something else. I'll sell it for a beater car to last me about a year until I can pay off all bills and buy myself another S2K at that point.

I will most likely list on Autotrader soon as well. I know the market is slow now because of winter, so if I have to, I'll keep it until spring when the market is better and prices are better.

 

BTW, the S2K you saw was the one I had test drove for a member on S2KI who lived in Indiana and contemplated purchasing. It was the S2K that had been turbocharged before. It was not in good shape, was missing pieces, stuff was broken off, etc. Nissan took it to auction and sold it to a wholesale group. They couldn't sell it in the condition it was in. I thought it sucked!

I can't do it. I just can't make myself sell it. I love it too much. I'd rather live paycheck to paycheck than get rid of it!
