Always garaged, Stored in my garage every winter time with a car cover inside. I don't drive the car in the rain.
Oil changed with OEM filter every 3500 miles with synthetic Mobil 1 05W30
Differential and Transmission changed every 5000 miles with Honda Fluid
Coolant Changed out every 10000 miles with Honda Coolant
Original soft top – no tears – very little wear. Still original black. Don't really use or like the convertible. Always have a hardtop on the car every since owning the car.
Interior is very clean and well kept condition. No fate or any cracks on the interior. Both original driver and passenger is almost like new condition. Ive been using a aftermarket Recaro seats for 6 years. The original seats are stored in my downstair room cover and dry.
Exterior Paint is in the original GPW. No fade. Always wax the car ever 1-2 months. Even also waxed before putting on the car cover for storage in the winter.

BAD:
Paint Chipped/Cracked on the driver side fender well from aftermarket wheels
Driver rear quarter panel use to have a dent on the fender well from a free moving shopping on the parking lot. It is repaired by a dent guy but you can still see the marks if you look closely at it. Not noticeable
A small/tiny paint chip on the lower center of the driver door. Has been touch up.
Two swirl marks on the rear top panel near the convertible. Not noticeable but may be able to buff out. It is just on the clear coat from the Mugen hardtop sitting on top of the rear top panel.
Rear Bumper has one license plate mark from someone deciding to play bumper car.

There is some tiny paint chip in the front of the bumper and on the fenders. It has been touch up. Not noticeable until close look at it.

The car is dent-free. Other then that the car does not have any problems that I know of. No leak on the engine, transmission or on the differential. Never have to bring the car into the dealership for any warranty problems or problems in general. No broken parts nor missing parts. Car run great and drive great for that 6 years of owning. Car is clean inside out. Car has been fully paid off since of 2006. Has no loan or lien on the car.
