I selling this car because i have a baby on the way. It hasn't been on a dyno just a street tune on 12psi.
It runs great. Im a factory trained honda tech i built this car myself. I'm looking to get $27,000 OBO for this car.

Yeah I'll be very surprized myself if you get even close to that price. I totally understand you have a lot of time and money into it but there's a pretty high chance that you won't recover that time... or the cost on the parts really... some but not all. The car has over 80k on it, and its not stock... not even close
Why didn't you properly tune it on the dyno? I understand your a honda tech but its still a machine that needs proper tuning, having had that much work done to it. As you said its a lot of time and money not to spend a few hundred bucks to tune the thing on the dyno.
