FS: 1998 Corvette Coupe
Car is in immaculate condition inside and out , no chips or dings, and is in excellent mechanical condition. It has the suspension package (touring, sport and performance), traction control, dual power seats, dual climate control, AM/FM/CD, Automatic, glass top, chrome wheels and 4 new tires...engine and engine compartment look new. Few people believe it's a 98...most believe it's a much later model C5
My ONLY reason for selling it is to buy a newer Corvette convertible or Z06.
Price: $23,500
Don't try to lowball me...if you don't like the price, look elsewhere.

Try listing your car on www.corvetteforum.com or one of the other Corvette sites. This is already a tough crowd for used S2000s, so a C5 may not generate any love.
BTW, don't worry about your price. I'm selling my 2001 Z06 and there's NO ONE in the market foolish enough to think they could get it for $23,500. The lowest of the low ball offers was $26K and the current best offer is $28K. Your price is fine where it's at.

Good luck on your sale...I'd love to have your car but am sure it's more than the convertible I'm looking at...Perhaps I should check with the individual above to find out where I can buy one of those $23K Z06's...
Thanks again

well let's see. kbb values...
98 coupe, 70k miles, automatic, excellent condition - 17,300 / good condition - 16250 / fair condition - 14,950
01 zo6 couple, 70k miles, excellent condition - 25,785 / good condition - 24,265 / fair condition - 22,235
and as most know, you normally don't even get kbb value for your car when you sell it. i frequent corvetteforum.com, ls1tech.com, etc. i know the values of corvettes and what they should/do sell for. by looking at you're car it seems to be in excellent condition so i'll say at most it's worth 18k.. and that's from someone who's willing to pay more than they should.
m5guy.. mileage makes a big difference along with color. but if i were you, i'd take that 28k offer and hit the door running. while selling my 03 cobra i came across an 03 torch red zo6 w/ 8k miles for $29k. i'll say that was a good deal and i should've bought it, but it isn't too uncommon and i'm sure i could find a deal just like it again if i wanted.
but anyway, good luck with your sale.
