FS: '04 S2000 - Berlina 100% stock & pampered
Hello all. I just signed the contract on a new house. Construction will begin in early August. The house is in a new development and the neighborhood will be a construction zone for the next 1-2 years.
It would be wise for me to now minimize debt and stockpile cash for the eventual settlement. I am thinking that parting with the S2000 would be smart because:
1) It's an expense I don't need.
2) I can use the cash.
3) It's not a car I need for my daily life.
4) I don't want to even have it near the new house with the unpaved roads and protruding manhole covers, dirt piles, nails, screws, etc.
5) When I'm settled and have the new mortgage in place, I can buy another sports car.
I do love the car, but circumstances sort of dictate that it should go. However, I'm not giving the car away and can keep it if all offers are inadequate. It's not a MUST SELL situation & I don't really need to sell for several months.
If interested, please contact me via this website. The car is just north of Baltimore, MD. Car is 100% stock. Still under original factory warranty. 15k mile service just done. No track events. $25,000.

You know, I tried to buy this car 2 months ago, cash in hand, paying asking price. After a few PM's, I simply never heard back from you when I asked for the VIN for the bank.
You sure you're really looking to sell?
