Reason i'm even condsidering selling: I want to get rid of the high car payment. I want to downgrade and buy something outright. I'll get another s2k one day; this car is amazing, but financially speaking, I have to get my priorities straight. It has never been to a track or autocross event. I never launch the car and baby it. Runs very smooth/perfect. If i end up selling, it will be a sad day for me.

I will consider a partial trade, Let me know what you have. I'm really interested in a 96'-2000 EK civc hatch (esc with a swap, B18c preferred.) and integra GSR's. Thats what i plan to get if i sell my S, and i'm still not sure if i even want to. Remember, this is just a feeler.

Hey, would you like to trade for a Nissan Maxima 5MT plus cash?

Have a lightly modded 2001 Nissan Maxima 5MT (5 speed manual transmission if that confused anyone, this is a very hard to find transmission on the Maxima). The Maxima is powered by a 3.0L V6 with 00VI (like vtec). The factory numbers were listed as 222 horsepower and 217 lb-ft of torque. The performance mods on my car have been dyno'ed on other max's to be a little over 200 whp; ranging from 204whp to 209whp. It has all factory options including bose stereo, dual heated and power seats, power sunroof, leather interior, auto climate control. The car has 107,000 miles on it as of now. I am the second owner, the first owner was a good friend of mine so I know the entire history of the car. All mileage is highway miles. Car has always been garage kept. Oil changed every 3,000-4,000 miles with mobil 1 synthetic. Only premium gas used.

^ Thanks for the offer, but no thanks. unless youv'e got about 14.5k - 15k cash on top of that (less w/out hardtop). And that would be in stock form, you could part out your mods and make money back that way. I'd just be using your car to sell/trade in on a hatch.

you underestimate my car! I got an offer for 10.5k on the maxima forums but the guy lives in arizona and that is too far for me. Even so, i dont have the other 6.5k you would want for your asking price anyways, but if you wanted the maxima plus 3k... haha

Please no lowball offers either. If i don't even really want to get rid of my S why would people think id sell it for 14k,15.5k and i even had an offer for 14.8k w/hardtop. From now on i'm not even going to reply to that crap. The reason i'm selling is to pay off my loan on the car and get a new one with excess money left. I can afford the car, the payment is just a pain. So only realistic offers please.

Seeing as how you couldn't pay for the car outirght, of course you are going to lose money on it. Those payments will wreck you, because you definetely wont get more than what you owe, so don't feel for a second (unless you ar VERY lucky) that you will make even a cent on this car. You more than likely will lose. The market for these cars is going down the drain, lowballs are coming up everywhere, and its all because a few people let them go for 14-15, so everyone thinks they can get one for that price. -_- It's sad.

I really hope you get a good price for that S. If not, go ahead and let me know, I need one for tracking anyway, and I've always got lots of money lieing around to throw around.
