-soft top is in better condition than most I see. Does have 2 small patches that are less than 2 inches by one half inch. Absolutely no leaks. I wouldn't replace top for two more years if I were keeping it.

-Brand new rear tires, fronts have 70% left, correctly sized 245/45 rears, 225/50 fronts.
-even though wasn't required had valve adjustment performed by a professional last Jan.
-all fluids changed on time every time, done last month as well. Correct fluids, oem Honda filters
