Details: I've owned the car for about 1.5 years. It was originally my daily driver, but then I got a dedicated daily and it became my weekend/nice weather car. I have never raced it or taken it to the track. I bought it at 59k and have put on about 5k in about 18 months.

It has been a California car for its whole life. Miles will not go up very fast as it is not my daily. No test drives without proof of financing/cash in hand.

Maintenance:
I have changed the oil, transmission fluid, clutch fluid, diff fluid, and replaced the spark plugs in the last 4k miles.
Just put on new tires.

Mods - it has a few minor mods:
Genuine Honda OEM CR Lip - painted to match
Upgraded Speakers (incl dynamat), Amplifier, Alpine headunit - professionally installed by AllProAudio in Santa Clara - you can actually hear the music properly with the top down.
Brushed Steel Shift knob - can't remember the brand
K&N FIPK Cold Air Intake

The Good:
Mechanically the car is perfect, not much else to say here.
Soft top is in great condition.
Interior - 8/10, I would say very good, thought it could use new floormats - pics below.
Paint I would say is pretty good for an 11 year old car. Definitely a few imperfections but nothing very noticeable. No dents that I'm aware of - other than a slight waviness where the fenders were rolled (listed in the next section).

The Bad:
Previous owner did an amateur job trying to roll/pull the fenders, though only noticeable from up close.
Only have 1 key.
AP2V2 wheels have a bit of curb rash.
