All original except for new top installed by previous owner with glass rear window. Everything else is original: right down to the wheels, shift knob, stereo, CD changer and owner’s manual. I have radio code, and all service records during my time as owner.

We all know that “tasteful” is in the eye of the owner when it comes to modifications. I have nothing against people who modify and personalize their cars but I felt the S2000 could stand alone without those things. I bought this car specifically because it was unchanged from the factory. I’ve kept it that way too. This is such a great car and appreciating it for what it is can bring you many smiles per gallon.

I’ve never tracked it or auto-crossed it. But I have enjoyed some tremendous drives on the local windy roads. I’ve driven it to work a lot because there is nothing like leaving the office with the top down.

Service has been very simple. I’ve had to do nothing outside the normal maintenance. I had the car thoroughly inspected by my mechanic when I bought it and his report will be included in the paperwork. I’ve had the 75K mile service items done. I expect to have the oil changed again soon as it’s been about 4000 miles which is the interval I’ve been changing oil using full synthetic.

I recently had some rocks chip the windshield while driving over the Dunbarton Bridge. There are no cracks. There is a normal amount of wear and age on the exterior and interior. I tore a wall out of my garage when I bought it so I could park it in the garage. There is no fading in the paint, headlights, or top. But the top has some small witness marks on it from the previous owner. They aren’t noticeable unless up close and are only cosmetic.

I have a scuff on the rear passenger side quarter panel down low. There is a picture below.

Tires are all Bridgestone Potenzas RE-11A with about 30% remaining in the front but it needs tires in the rear soon. I figured the next owner could pick the tires of their choosing rather than living with my choice.

I’ve listed all of the problems which are minor cosmetic items. This car is so much fun to drive and I”m really going to miss it. I got away with driving it for over two years with two kids but the demands of the family are a priority now. I’d love to keep it and would appreciate first right of refusal when it’s sold again but this isn’t a requirement to sell.

Once the weather gives me a break I’ll go out and get some good pictures for the post. I snapped a few of the interior before it got dark but it’s a beautiful car and I can do better than what’s shown here.

Exterior: 8.5/10 condition. Minor rock chips on front bumper.

Interior: 9/10 condition. Minor wear on high traffic areas but they are in excellent condition for age and mileage.

Everything works magnificently on the car. No issues at all. This car has never been raced or modified. Willing to have car inspected at any mechanic you choose.
