When you say "available", does that mean "included in price, but not installed" or does it mean "available for additional cost"?

"Available" means that at the right price is goes with the car, and for the most part already installed. It also means that if someone truly interested in the car doesn't/can't pay the certain amount I'm looking to clear, some items can be removed from the car (kind of like a bargaining chip).
For example, let's say the prospective buyer and I are $1000 off from where it would take to sell the car, I would be willing to either remove the Spoon calipers out of the deal and re-install the OEM ITR calipers, or would take out the S2000 seats and the buyer would have to provide his/her own seats.
If you have any questions about the car, be sure to ask.
