Not exactly sure why they were rolled. I am curious though :/

When you say its obvious from the outside of the fender that they were rolled, do you mean they were flaired a bit? Are the fender liners still attached at the lip of the fender, or have they been trimmed?

From the photos, it looks previous owner were running 255s in front without a roll (i.e. STR car)? Do both sides have the same amount of "roll"? Where in SNJ?

I believe ketchup is lrobably pretty accurate. The passenger side is worse and it doesn't seem like someone took their time rolling the fenders. If you look at the picture it seems like a tired rubbed. I am located in the Deptford area
