I read through some of the threads on compression tests, and I saw numbers like 240. So I ask the dealership, should I be at 240? They looked at me like I was crazy. I was told, I'm no mechanics and that's why I go to dealerships for this, that brand new the car on their machines should never gotten to even 200. Then they wanted to know where I got 240, and I had to give everyone's favorite answer...online.

It maybe that the compression test was done when the car was not properly warmed up. Cold engine compression checks give you lower numbers. A properly warm up compression test should provide much higher numbers than what you achieved. I would have the test done again by a performance shop and report back numbers. It will help with the sale. Plus post up your results on the check the desire performed.
