I was at a light to make a right turn and inched up to make sure there were no cars, the guy behind me probably thought I was going to turn so he moved up without looking and tapped my car. Diffuser is the only thing that was damage in the hit. Nothing serious. No J header on the car. I have the police report and autocheck report.
