I am third owner. 2nd owner and I always used synthetic oil and performed all maintenance timely. Don't know anything about 1st owner.
I will be open and honest about everything, believing you reap what you sow.
Car is priced kind of low for the reasons that follow:
Previously but fixed:
Rear bumper was damaged when the license plate screw of the person behind me (who got rear-ended by the person behind them) made a perfect screwhead-shaped cut in it. That was all the damage to my car in that incident. It has been completely fixed.
Also, car suffered a lone spin-out on a twisty exit ramp resulting in hood (which was barely damaged), left headlight, and front left fender being replaced.
Car was fixed very nicely.
Right headlight was buffed nicely to match, so both headlights look bran new.
Current imperfections:
Windshield has a small "spider" dead center that geico made to look pretty good under their free glass repair service. Complete fix would necessitate replacement of windshield. (about 200-250.00)
Unfortunately, someone keyed the driver's door (from handle to gas tank) recently. Geico estimated the repaint at 633.14 (which would also fix a tiny dent door ding near the scratch)
The only other imperfections are a tiny upward "dent" in the trunk and some paint fade on the left rear wheel.
Car is mechanically PERFECT and well maintained. Less than 1,000.00 would make this car cosmetically perfect as well.

I have personally seen this car and it is clean inside and out. I thought about getting it but couldn't pass up a deal on a 02' spa yellow in mint condition. Seems to be a really honest guy. A pretty good deal for an AP2. Somebody help him out!
P.S. sorry I didn't call back, i've been slammed at work.

Fresh oil change now as well. If I end up having to trade this in, some dealership is going to spend 800.00 fixing the key scratch and windshield, and end up selling it for 24K. Someone jump on it now. If we meet at my credit union-they'll probably be motivated to give you a great interest rate considering I'm not making the payment!!!
P.S. thx for the free bump bravehart. No problem on the callback.
