Not a commuter car. All stock. Great condition. No mods. Never raced or abused. Used more as a convertible than a sports car.

This is the original poster. The car is not a salvage. No accidents. Someone once backed into the driver side door, causing a small dent. He was an older guy in a Lexus, left me a note and his insurance co. fixed it. I believe I still have receipts. If not, I know where the bodyshop is and could let You know.
There is, as far as I know, two 'blemishes' on the car; looks like someone has tried to 'key' it under the right front light, and there is a very small dent from who knows what by the right front fender. Both are things I only noticed after cleaning the car for sale.
The vin # is JHMAP21444T003029. I have taken a few ( photographically rather unimpressive ) pictures of the car, two of them closeups of above mentioned blemishes. How do I attach them to a post?
Also, the tires probably need replacing in not long.
I put the car on craigslist and recycler for $22000, and figured I would take $1000 off for s2ki since I have been lurking here on and off, especially back when I bought the car 3 years ago. Also, I am about to start a 335i lease that will cost $21000 all in all.
I am no great mechanic, but if it sounds like a good deal it probably is. I am not trying to hold anything back. Also, the 3 year warranty still has a few weeks left on it in case whoever buys it notice something I haven't.
