I'm in the DC metro area. Where we been getting some snow lately, which is a bad season to sell a 2dr, rwd convertible car. The KBB private sales for my car is $52,900. The KBB trade in for my car is $48,600. The NADA black book for my car on Extra clean condition is $46,600. I sold my car for $47,000 to a dealer which cut me a check on the spot. I could of waited and got near what I want on Ebay. But I felt the safest route was the dealer. I didn't want to wait for a buyer to find finance or back out on me. I don't think I loose out too bad.

If it wasnt a convertible and wasnt SMG, I would have cut you a check for it.
