2001 s2k for sale
I am located in MD right off I270.
My car is 2001 black with red/black interior, no exterior modification, only mods are mugen header, spoon flywheel, and spoon exhaust. Factory header is available. Factory wheels with BFG all season, has about 80% tread left, also have another set of factory wheels with bridgestone blizzak snow tires (60% tread left) available, you can swap them on your driveway when snow season comes around. A new factory air intake filter, a/c cabin air filter, spark plugs all still in box ready for the next service due in about 2800 miles. Most service records are available at Honda dealerships. Oil changed every 3000-4000 miles, Honda brand gearbox fluid and differential gear oil changed every 15,000 miles.
Car has been using Mobil1 10w-30 syn oil since the 1st oil change, and upgraded to AMSoil 10w-30 syn since last year.
It's my daily driver, so there are rock chips here and there. Rear bumper was replaced/painted by Rockville autobody about 1 year ago. Top is old, and plastic back window cracked in the center (don't lower your top in the winter!), recommend replacement, new battery installed back in this Spring. Absolutely no accidents whatsoever, and no dents/dings anywhere on the car. 1 owner since 6/22/01, paid for, clean title.

To date, it has about 84,500 miles, I now have a beater so its driven probably once/twice a week. I go up 270N in the morning, and back down in the afternoon, if you live around here, you know that's the exact opposite of rush hour traffic, so the mileages are 90% highway, and gets about 29-31mpg regularly, only premium gas.
I am asking $15,000 obo with all the items listed above. Just the car itself (with Spoon exhaust and flywheel), $14,000 obo
And for the curious minds, I am selling because I just bought a house. It's a very difficult decision, I LOVE this car, but it is time to move on.

* Honda factory S2000 car cover, factory shift knob and factory service manual are also available.
* My car has the following TSB items and recall fixed by Honda in 2001 and 2002:
- clutch rattle
- 4th gear pop out
- convertible top latches (replaced with the ones used for hardtop)
- spark plugs (actual recall)
The PMs I have received reminded me to also include the TSB fixes that my car has had done, and I strongly recommend those who are in the market for a used S2000 - TSB fixes are critical for most earlier models (00-02) and even some 03, if you are shopping, please keep this on top of your question list for the seller.

Replied to Lace's second PM.
I was cleaning the car this past winter and needed some room to work inside the car. The freezing temperature hardened the plastic, and as the top folds away, the back window cracked in 2 places.
