Up for sale is my 2001 Honda s2000. The car currently has 35,xxx (yes, no typo, 35,000) miles and will increase slightly as it is my daily driver. I am the second owner of this beautiful roadster and I need to sell it for something with all wheel drive and 4 doors. The original owner of this car bought it brand new in 2000 with all the options (factory lip, factory trunklid spoiler, factory side strakes) and the amount of time he put into maintaining this car borders on the insane (no offense if you are reading this). In those ten years of ownership he put on around 1k miles a year and kept it in a heated garage under 4 car covers (yes 4). No expense was spared in maintaining this car, it never saw rain, and it still has the original soft top from 2001 in perfect condition (if you know anything about these cars, you know that is unheard of) I would not be surprised if he literally never took the car over 5k rpms. The previous owner also did some tasteful cosmetic mods which include the engine bay dress up kit from ricks and also the leather embroidered center console cover. He also purchased the stock ap2v1 wheels from a Honda dealership in 2003 and added them. The only performance mod he did was the comptech sport front strut brace, which looks great and is pretty rare these days. The engine has always been 100 percent stock. During my time of ownership the only modifications I did was install tein s-tech springs for a 1 inch drop all around and paint the ap2 wheels black. I also had the speakers upgraded and a 400 dollar headunit from pioneer installed. The headunit does not work with the left side volume controls but I can have the stock one put back in if that is an issue. The car looks great but hasn’t sacrificed any driveability with these simple cosmetic mods. I have never had a single mechanical issue with the car aside from the battery giving out soon after I bought it. It was replaced by a Honda dealership and hasn’t acted up since. The oil has been changed every 3-4k with mobil 1 full synthetic.

Unfortunately the car has been in 2 accidents, both involving deer. The first was very minor, deer ran into the side of the car while on the highway, door panel was replaced because of minor dents. The 2nd was a bit worse as the front lip, right fender, door panel, rear fender, exhaust, and one wheel and shock had to be replaced from swerving to avoid the deer and becoming acquainted with some bushes and a small rock or two. Everything was fixed beautifully by Duncan's Honda in Christiansburg Virginia and the car got a perfect new shiny paintjob. No funny business with anything mechanical or frame wise, nothing impacted the car it just had some deep scratches and the exhaust was bent and the wheel scraped. I have not had any issues with the car since and it drives 100 percent like the day it drove off the showroom floor. I can look hard but cant find a single flaw in the bodywork or paint anywhere, I was actually amazed at how well they put her back together. Come see for yourself.

The only issues the car currently has are chips in the black wheel paint. The original wheels are flawless so if your not a fan of black wheels then you can swap them right on they will come with the car no charge. The car does have some bolster wear on the drivers seat as is to be expected, but actually far less than 99 percent of other ap1 s2000s. Thanks man. And no it wasn't! Lol. It didn't need new panels at all. No door dings, scratches, nothing. Paint was perfect. Now its perfect and new.

Yeah, I hear ya. These sportbikes are just unnecessarily fast. It's hard to control yourself for sure haha.
