From Texas's DOT...

"The owner, who retained a salvage or nonrepairable motor vehicle and received a
paid claim from an insurance company must obtain a Salvage or Nonrepairable
Vehicle Title before selling or otherwise transferring the salvage or nonrepairable
motor vehicle."

Get that title and I'll consider it.
