Yes I agreed with Roja opinion...you will need to get a full personal loan, because the car is under it full JDM 10 digits VIN under a "Specialty car title". To my knowledge "I'm the only one who has title the care under it's real name ".

Curious question... How would you service the car in the States...?
In other words, would parts still be readily available...? Say spark plugs, oil filter, replacement parts in general...??

All of it would be readily available, it is just a Honda Civic with some extra goodies

Parts are not an issue...All the daily maintenance service parts are available as 95' Delsol b16a, 99-2000 SI and some integra parts.
