I was just wondering if anybody would be willing to take over my lease.... There is about 30 months left on it and I'm willing to pay a few extra months... The payments are $384 monthly.... i'm not to familiar with leases. is it kind of like renting and after a while they(dealer) ask if you would like to buy it, is this right?

 

hey im located in kenosha wi, and a lease is where your pretty much borrowing the car for a set amount of time and then at the end of your lease you have the option to buy it off, or lease a new one..... If you have any more questions email me..

 

If it's through American Honda Finance, it's not gonna be as easy, unfortunately. You might be better off selling the car out right for the payoff amount.

 

well if anyone wants to make an offer im willing to sell it outright... I owe about $30,000 still so maybe $29,000?? just make an offer!

How many miles are the car and how many are allowed?

 

I will call them in a little bit and find out whats all needed to transfer it.... There is almost 6k on my car and 12k are allowed a year. You can change that to 15k a year if you want, but I didn't considering I wouldn't be driving it much/ if at all in the winter...
