The blue book is like 22k, I would take 24. This an awesome car- except for the scratched rims, it is perfect. All mods were done by pros. I would really like to post some pics if someone could tell me how to do it.

word of advise ignore blue book and don't expect to get 24k for a 2001 that has been modified with Nitrous. You should put it back to stock, sell the parts get some of your money back and sell it for someone closer to 18k to 20k. It seems a low mileage s2000 is more common then a high mileage s2000.
